I have completed my course work while offering my part time services as a consultant to the Human Resources Department of the family business( more than 300 employees). I am so proud to say that everything I learned during the two day workshop I had attended in March 2010 and the course study were very helpful, practical and efficient. My main project was to prepare the performance appraisal form for every different level of managers in the company ( restaurant manager, kitchen manager, general manager and director of operations). Then I had to follow up and get the feedback from every level. I can assure you that everything I learned from you in person and your books played an important role in preparing a very comprehensive and efficient performance appraisal system of the company that gives very promising results, after almost a year of implementation. There is more to be done to reach the optimum, off course. Being on the right track is fulfilling and challenging to keep on going. I am also working on preparing some seminars for the employees based on self empowerment, motivation, sense of urgency and emotional intelligence at work.
