Spiral Coaching Course

A one day Workshop and discussion group with exclusive coaching from Curly Martin master designer of the Spiral Coaching model. This unique model is based on a colour coded thinking pattern which when used during coaching, helps the coach to understand and integrate the thinking processes of the client and therefore to produce focused individual coaching. The workshop includes lots of one to one practice in using the spiral model for Life Coaching and also for the promotion of a practitioners own practice.

Spiral Coaching is based on the principles described in 'Spiral Dynamics (:Mastering Values, Leadership, and Change)', by Don Edward Beck and Chris C. Cowan, adapted by Curly Martin for use in Life Coaching. This course will help you to recognise your place on the spiral and how this may effect your Life Coaching abilities and results. It will also enable you to determine your clients' position on the spiral and to help them to use that knowledge to achieve their goals and aims. The course Includes

The Colour Codes of Spiral Dynamics - The whole spiral and why certain ones do not apply to Life Coaching

Spiral Coaching Questionnaire - Find out where you are on the spiral and how this affects your performance with your client and why some clients never even register with you.

The Colour of Clients - Understand where your clients are on the spiral and how this effects the way you should deal with them both as clients and customers
