Fast track six months of private personalised mentoring programme which follows the workshop part of the diploma. You will work with your private Life Coach/Mentor on an individually tailored program designed by you and your mentor to maximize your talents and competencies. Your mentor will be fully qualified and running a successful coaching practice for a minimum of 3 years, he/she will have attended exclusive mentor training with Curly Martin.
Your 6 month mentoring programme consists of six highly focused 60 minute sessions to inspire and maintain your motivation during your start-up phase. This mentoring programme is intended to protect you from the normal distractions and energy dips which are created by outside influences and the demands of starting a new venture. It has been said 'Two heads are better than one' and we agree.
Your mentor/coach can use one of the sessions to observe/supervise you coaching one of your clients and afterwards to offer you valuable feedback on your strengths as a coach and ideas on areas where you could improve your skills to enhance the coaching experience for your clients.
A 3 visual/audio CD set (visual media on your computer) of the highlights of the weekend workshop with demonstrations of all models used and also includes Curly Martin coaching a client.
All the recorded master classes up to the beginning of 2007 on CD in mp3 format for you to listen to time again on a huge variety of coach improvement topics.
1. Pre-workshop Study
   Includes guided reading to prepare you for the models and strategies used during life coaching. Completing your goal plan on how to introduce life coaching into your life with maximum results and minimum disruption. Keeping your life in balance whilst growing your practice.
   
2. Membership of the Achievement Specialists' Achievers Club. The focal point of the Achievers Club is the Discussion Forum. This is where ideas are shared, corporate coaching contracts are posted, requests for life coaches are made, wide-ranging questions are asked and answered.
3. Accelerated 2 Day Workshop [View Course Content ]
   This intensive workshop includes Life Coaching demonstrations and rehearsals of Achievement Specialists' unique and copyright Life Coaching Models, exclusive training and coaching presentations from Curly Martin, author of the number one bestselling (2004) The Life Coaching Handbook, and bespoke Life Coaching rehearsals/demonstrations. The workshop is highly practical based, you will be practising coaching in a safe environment, before lunchtime on day one.
4. Total study time 300-350 hours including pre-course study, workshop attendance, workbook completion, marketing materials and strategy, start-up of practice, coaching log and final assessment.
5. Additional Life Coaching practice sessions, together with your own Life Coach, are arranged for post workshop skills enhancement and coaching confidence. This will help to build your coaching hours and also your confidence as a life coach.
6. Ultimate training workshop. The final event of your LCH diploma programme (optional extra training day). You can choose to attend this workshop, only after all your work has been submitted and marked. The workshop includes supervised practical coaching sessions, full diploma course overview, final assessment paper, master class business projection planning and graduation.
7. Unlimited conference coaching clinics. The clinics are provided to give you easy access and extra opportunity to request help, support or further training on any topic or client issue during and after qualification. (cost of telephone call not included)
8. Your individual marketing strategy. This will focus your marketing efforts and target specific prospects for your life coaching practice. Accelerating your marketing responses.
   
9. Unlimited recorded telephone classes. Over 50 hours of recorded teleclasses are available for you to listen to 24/7 with topics ranging from :- 5 recordings of Curly Martin coaching one of her own personal clients (not a life coach); Presenting to businesses 1 & 2, Insight Profiling for Coaching 1 & 2, 8 coaching models and how to use them, 30 ways to produce press releases that work, spiral coaching model and many more useful topics. We restrict our delegate places and aim to have 1 mentor for every 4 delegates (1:4 ratio) which means help is always close at hand. Your practical activities and exercises are held in several mentor hosted conference rooms (separate to the main training room) to avoid noise pollution (distraction) which occurs when too many delegates work in one area.
