Practice sessions using the ICANDO coaching model, together with your own Life Coach, are arranged for post workshop skills enhancement and coaching confidence. This will help to build towards your required 50 hours of coaching and also your confidence as a life coach. You are encouraged to start coaching as soon as you leave the workshop (whilst still in training). You will have a coach and someone to coach you, an observer and a coaching session arranged with the date agreed before you leave the workshop!
