- Fast track six months of private personalised mentoring programme which follows the workshop part of the diploma. You will work with your private Life Coach/Mentor on an individually tailored program designed by you and your mentor to maximize your talents and competencies. Your mentor will be fully qualified and running a successful coaching practice for a minimum of 3 years, he/she will have attended exclusive mentor training with Curly Martin.
- Your 6 month mentoring programme consists of six highly focused 60 minute sessions to inspire and maintain your motivation during your start-up phase. This mentoring programme is intended to protect you from the normal distractions and energy dips which are created by outside influences and the demands of starting a new venture. It has been said 'Two heads are better than one' and we agree.
- Your mentor/coach can use one of the sessions to observe/supervise you coaching one of your clients and afterwards to offer you valuable feedback on your strengths as a coach and ideas on areas where you could improve your skills to enhance the coaching experience for your clients.

This will help to build towards your required 50 hours of coaching and also your confidence as a life coach. On our workshop we aim to have 1 mentor for every 4 delegates (1:4 ratio) which means help is always close at hand and all your activities are supervised from the start preventing bad practice. Your practical activities and exercises are held in mentor hosted conference rooms (separate to the main training room) to avoid noise pollution (distraction) which occurs when too many delegates work in one area.
