Fast track six months of private personalised mentoring programme which follows the workshop part of the diploma. You will work with your private Life Coach/Mentor on an individually tailored program designed by you and your mentor to maximize your talents and competencies. Your mentor will be fully qualified and running a successful coaching practice for a minimum of 3 years, he/she will have attended exclusive mentor training with Curly Martin.

Your 6 month mentoring programme consists of six highly focused 60 minute sessions to inspire and maintain your motivation during your start-up phase. This mentoring programme is intended to protect you from the normal distractions and energy dips which are created by outside influences and the demands of starting a new venture. 4. Self study modules. Once you have attended the workshop you are given your Life Coaching manual/workbook. The manual contains 9 fully accredited, comprehensive self study modules, [View Course Content ].  The manual is enhanced with conference coaching clinics, master classes (live delegate participation and recorded - 24 hour access), E-group and E-mail assistance. The complete manual, thesis, practical coaching sessions and final assessment paper are all fully supported by E-mentors.

5. Ultimate training workshop. The final event of your LCH diploma programme (optional extra training day). 7. Life Coaching practice sessions, together with your own Life Coach, are arranged for post workshop skills enhancement and coaching confidence. This will help to build towards your required 50 hours of coaching and also your confidence as a life coach. You are encouraged to start practicing as soon as you leave the workshop (whilst still in training) as you are required to have completed 50 coaching hours to qualify. These coaching hours can be paid or charity. If you decide to have paying clients you must cover your coaching with a full money back guarantee and make your clients aware you are still in training. We have many highly skilled, experienced professionals who attend our courses and who already have peer networks whom respect their expertise and who want to be coached by them. On our workshop we aim to have 1 mentor for every 4 delegates (1:4 ratio) which means help is always close at hand and all your activities are supervised from the start preventing bad practice. Your practical activities and exercises are held in mentor hosted conference rooms  to reduce noise pollution (distraction) which occurs when too many delegates work in one area.
